A burst or actively leaking pipe. Shut off your main water valve and call. Water spreading through walls and floors causes fast, costly damage.
A sewage backup. Raw sewage coming up through drains or toilets is a health hazard. Stop using water and call immediately.
No water at all. A sudden total loss of water can signal a main line break worth diagnosing fast.
A gas smell near plumbing. If you smell rotten eggs, leave the house, then call your gas company or 911 from outside. Call us once you're safe.
A leaking water heater. Pooling water around the tank can mean it's failing. Kill the power and call before it floods.
